new flat is a real house. they will lend only 1storey, 1room too small, it's like a cat's room. but it is cheap.
the other room is big, very nice and it has a garden.
i think both are cheap.
i want to decide upon the big room, but i will probably decide on the small room.

the kitchen and toilet are perfect.
my flat doesn't have a good feeling about it, but this new flat is a pretty czech room.
